Meet the Nurse: Cheryl Donaldson, RN, Director of Clinical Services
Cheryl Donaldson is our Registered Nurse and Director of Clinical Services here at STEPS Academy, Willow Farms, and Insightful Minds. She brings over 30 years of experience in Critical Care and Pediatrics after earning her degrees from Bowling Green and Tri-C.

For the past 20 years, Cheryl has dedicated her work to nonprofit settings, supporting children and adolescents with a wide range of medical diagnoses and educational needs. She is certified in mental health nursing and is an active member of the National Association of School Nurses (NASN).

Cheryl is passionate about creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment where every student can thrive. She is proud to be part of the STEPS community and is committed to helping students and staff reach their full potential.
